PRE-ORDERS

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis. This means the item is not yet in stock but is available to reserve in advance.

Payment

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We may introduce alternative payment options in the future, such as deposits or delayed payment collection.

Estimated Delivery

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe for all pre-orders. These timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or other factors outside our control.

Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a standard order and subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
