Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging, undamaged
  • Include all original components and contents
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.

If an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the original purchase value.


How to Start a Return

Returns can be initiated using our self-serve returns portal.

Simply follow the return process provided after accessing your order. Once your return is approved, you will be issued a free return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

For faulty or damaged items, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original item and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
