Delivery Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to Ireland or international destinations at this time.

Next Working Day Delivery (Order before 4pm)

- Delivered within 1 business day
Standard Delivery (2–4 Working Days)
- Free on all orders
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service
- Delivered within 2–4 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed before 4pm are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we aim to meet the stated delivery windows, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or peak periods.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order item becomes available, unless stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are provided at the time of purchase but are not guaranteed.
Delivery Responsibility
Under UK consumer law, your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered to you.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@pawtable.co.uk and we will resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
